Rainy day here today but I think you can get an idea of the fabrics on this Christmas table runner I designed. It is simple but festive. The hollies, berries, bows and ribbons were appliqued using Aurifil monofilament and a very small (free motion) zig zag stitch. I pieced the gift boxes making sure the lid extended beyond the box. Knitted Beanie
Reversible Beanie. Pieced Brain. Design by Sarah Penderson. There is not a lot of sewing going on in my studio right now as I am swamped writing quilt patterns. Here is my newest pattern designed for Timeless Treasures and their batiks collection Tonga Passion Fruit by Judy and Judel Niemeyer. Flannel Chevron Quilt
This king size quilt is finally finished! The pattern is called Crooked Path (fat quarter friendly!) from the book "Oh Sew Cozy Flannel Quilts" by Lynette Jensen (I found it here).
