Give it a Twirl quilt

Happy Monday! I am excited to show you my newest design, Give it a Twirl, just published in the December 2018 issue of American Patchwork & Quilting magazine. I worked with fabrics from the Impressions Moire collection by Clothwork:

Amazing colors and textures, don’t you think? This line has a beautiful and versatile palette with 32 colors – a perfect complement to any quilt design.

Give it a Twirl measures 75″ x 90″ and the blocks finish at 15″ blocks. I opted to make it without borders for a very modern look. However, you could add a print border if you like: choose an inspiration fabric for the borders and select colors from it for the blocks.
The design looks complex but it is really easy and fun to make. You can find it here:
This issue has amazing projects and I know you will like them all. When you make Give it a Twirl, though, send me a photo so I can post it on this blog.
Here is hoping I made your Monday more colorful!

Oh… good question! I made the quilt earlier this year and don't remember. I have a photo of the front but not of the back. I won't have the quilt until sometime in November after Quilt Market in Houston as it will be there. Sorry!
