This tiny sewing machine sits on my cutting table. I love being a piecemaker… So many people have my sewing machine to thank for being alive, and they don’t even know it!!! 🙂
I have a few other things on my table: a porcelain cat holding a mouse in his mouth, a family of frogs, cartoons I clipped from the newspaper, a frog hanging from the lamp… All “essential” nick nacks which enhance the ambiance.
How about you? Is there something special in your studio that summarizes how you feel when you are there?
I also have a tiny sewing machine Necchi steel that a friend gave me. Mom and Dad's house burnt 14 years ago and I was always looking for a pink sewing machine like I had when I grew up. My friend would help me when we would go off. When she came to visit me from the beach she brought this Necchi to me. I love my friends. Thank you for joining me I can't wait to see all you do:)
Anyone who knows me knows that my fairies inspire and keep me smiling. They are beautiful little creatures that are shy and mischievous all at the same time. Kind of like me 🙂
