They are identical twins if it weren’t for their scale. The block is very easy to make as it uses half square triangles and flying geese. However, the slowpoke here took about 4.5 hours to make them.
I may or may not have used the wrong red fabric but the day was kind of gray so I could not make out the difference from the pattern paper (old age creeping in!).

I usually pet the fabrics before I start cutting them for the blocks because they are so beautiful!
