If I can't get back to sleep I usually read. When all else fails, 1 1/2 tsp. of childrens' Benadryl. Works like a charm.

I am so glad you said that about the weight loss photos. I see them all the time and I think they are just trying to entice us to try some fad diet or fancy product. I try to ignore them, but dang….some of those women have abs that belong on a man!

I read and make a nice cup of herbal tea. Reading always puts me to sleep even though I love to read. There is nothing worse, in the world, than lying there tossing and turning. You have to get up and do something. I can't go into my sewing room because I am still tired and make too many mistakes. Reading is the cure. xoxo
