This is one of the first quilts I designed. The birds were machine appliqued, and so were the flowers in the middle of the quilt. My sister loved it when she saw it, so I gave it to her. I am pretty sure by now she must be wishing I would acquire a different hobby, or that I would adopt another sister, as I have given her so many of my quilts!!! But, another hobby would have to include fabrics…
